We have a double room in a house very close to Asda, the council offices and leisure centre in Bury St Edmunds. This room is for single occupancy only. The room is coming available at the beginning of May 2024.

There is a kitchen and shared dining room. This house has 2 toilets, one is in the main bathroom, the other downstairs.

There is a garden for those warm evenings to sit out. There is also off-street parking at the rear of the property.

All bills are included along with hi-speed broadband however we are implementing a price cap for energy usage. Any excess will be divided equally among the tenants of the property.

The current housemates are all professionals who like to live in a clean and tidy house. They would like someone who is quiet and able to respect others.

References will be taken and checks carried out.

We will require a holding deposit which is equal to 1 weeks’ rent, whilst we carry out your referencing and credit checks to ensure suitability.

We have a cleaner who comes on a weekly basis for all communal areas and someone takes care of the garden.

We are hands-on landlords and visit the property regularly to ensure all our tenants are happy.
