Young Professional Seeking Semi-Normal Housemate

Looking for a semi-normal housemate/flatmate to share a 3 bedroom house (although, it is more of a 2 bedroom house with a box room) with. Ideally someone between 18-28 as I'd feel better sharing with someone around my own age.

Premises is modern and clean, kitchen and bathroom have been refurbished around a couple of years ago and has been well looked after. Regarding the furniture and fittings - most of the furniture from the house will be taken by the current housemate and all of the furniture and fixtures/fittings from the housemates old room will be taken with them (i. e. you'll need to either bring furniture or get some). The room size is fairly large- it's had a double bed in, computer desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a 50" TV in so it should be adequate for most people.

Located in Carlton Colville, off from Beccles Road - parking available on the street as well as dedicated parking in a garage area.
