Double room available in modern, stylish bungalow. Corton is a very desirable area. Few minutes walk to the beach and the woods. 3 nice pubs close by. Driveway parking. Lovely open plan design. private garden with beautiful view and hot tub. Nice patio with furniture and woodturner.

Shared amenities, kitchen and bathroom, garden. I work from home though, so can be flexible around you when you need to use the bathroom etc. Nice powerful shower and bath. bath is a little small but fine for a soak. Room itself is private. Large 8 drawer unit for storage and space under bed. Fully furnished. TV in room with Sky your own sky box and Netflix. Have most of the channels.

Bills included, subject to fair use. Fast broadband. Lovely friendly area. I love animals and I will consider a well behaved dog. Prefer no cats as I have a leather couch.

Would suit a younger professional person or student. I'm very young at heart. II'm very friendly and outgoing. Kind and caring towards others. I like to keep fit and active. I enjoy cooking and it might be possible to to combine the cooking within you. I love to travel. I enjoy good food and wine. I have a good social life, I enjoy live music and gigs, concerts, going to the local pubs Music is my passion. I am a DJ and there will be music in the house most of the day. Hence why it may be more suitable for a younger person. I don't like a quiet house. However, I won't play this early, or late at night. If you are at work during the day, you won't hear it much. I work from home, have just started my own DJ business.. I used to work in financial services but wasn't for me, I have 2 children 14 and 10, girl and boy. They don't live with me, but they are just around the corner. I visit them everyday and have a good relationship with their mum. They will be here from time to time, so looking for someone child friendly. They are amazing friendly, polite kind children. They are my best friends, not winey or naughty in anyway.

Must be tidy and respectful. I don't like clutter around the house. I keep clean and tidy myself. I don't smoke but I do vape. I don't mind if you smoke. Just not in the house. Vapes are ok.

Big wide screen tv in the lounge with surround sound. I don't watch this much, so you can have plenty of access to watch what you like. Happy for you to have friend over as long as they are friendly and trustworthy. Music is fine too.

I will have a cleaner to clean your room once a week and gardener to maintain the outside.

Happy for short term arrangement. This may suit me better currently but longer term is also possible for the right person.

I do also have a separate single room available so if you have a child, you could potentially rent both rooms. The extra room cost can be negotiated.

I am letting due to financial issues, plus the children don't sleepover much anymore as they are only 5minutes around the corner. Or, I don't mind if a child shares your room with you. Couples also welcome, with or without child.
