You will have;
Your own private Double Bedroom, including a Double bed and bed linen, side unit for your television (not supplied) with a TV aerial, bedside table, wardrobe.
You will have use of the downstairs toilet which has a toilet and wash basin, aswell as the upstairs Bathroom which is equipped with Bath, Free standing shower, Sink and Toilet. Plus your own space for your Toiletries and belongings. These are both shared.
The Kitchen Diner has a large space, with double oven, dishwasher, wash basin, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, all of which are available for your use and you will have use of glassware, cutlery and dishes. Pots and pans are available to use, but you are welcome to bring and use your own. You will have half of the fridge and freezer for yourself to use, and your own kitchen cupboard space.
You will have use of the Washing Machine and Washing Line. A tumble dryer is situated in the garage, however this is an old one, so isn't the best but still useable for small personal loads.
Wifi included.
Beautiful, Private and enclosed, Sunny South Facing Garden, abundant with stunning flowers and greenery, of which Heather enjoys tending to. Offering a tranquil place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. So if you enjoy gardening of any variety you would enjoy this space.

You * MUST* be OK with Dogs and Children. As Grandson visits and stays regularly on weekends and school holidays. The Land Lady has 2 small Dogs. Landladies family also visit with their Dogs. Family often visit and have family meals, as this is a Family home, you must be willing to accept the comings and goings of the land ladies Family who often visit. Family are all welcoming, friendly and engaging. However, your privacy is always recognised and respected. Your room is yours and will never be entered, unless needed to for repairs etc, but your consent will always be sought before this is undertaken.
Would suit someone who is private and keeps to themselves, or who works alot and just needs a base.
£100pw, to be paid in cash weekly or fortnightly. One week deposit required upfront.
