We have a large double room to rent with an en-suite shower room. The room is on the ground floor. We have huge amounts of off street parking

The room has a built in wardrobe and access to a kitchen with own fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, kettle and toaster. It also has its own sink. Shared use of washing machine & tumble dryer and an oven in the main kitchen. We have full fibre internet. The room occupant will also have use of a large living space/kids playroom that has sofas, TV and a full sky package with films and sports.

The house is currently occupied by myself and my husband and our 2 children, a 5 year old son and 7 month old baby girl. He is currently homeschooling due to lockdown but will be back at school as soon as they open. Our daughter goes to a childminder during the day through the week. Both sleep in the opposite corner of the house, so no risk of being bothered. We also have 2 very friendly dogs and 2 cats that are primarily outdoors

We are located just off the A140 about 2 miles from Eye and 5 miles from Diss.
