In the room is a double bed duvet pillows lamp and tv with Netflix and sky tv which is included.

You will have use of the whole home and garden. Smoking only outside. There is a kitchen diner with own cupboard space and fridge and full use of everything in there.

Living room with fire place and sky tv and broadband which is also included

Upstairs is a study which you have use off.
Bathroom with bath and shower etc

A bit about us

So i am a single woman with a 4 year old we live on our own we are away most weekends and I work evenings during the week I have a friend who stays when I am at work. We have a small fluffy dog who is very friendly.

If you are a newly single dad or mum and have children at weekends etc then I am happy to come to an agreement so your child or children can visit and feel comfortable too this can be talked about in person.

If you want to leave I would ask that you give me 2 weeks notice before the next rent is due.
If you want an agreement this can also be arranged.
Rent is due a month in advance on the 1st of the month.
