Luxurious Ensuite Bedroom in Georgian Townhouse

I'm letting a luxurious King Size super comfortable room with ensuite shower room with WC in my Georgian townhouse. My house has been featured in Interior Design magazines. I am a professional who works partly from home, so would prefer a professional who works away from home and is not here at weekends. I have a small dog and 2 cats who live with me. I do not have a TV or TV license, prefer to read and be quiet so am seeking someone similar to house share with. I'm a pescaterian/vegetarian/vegan and do not have meat in the house/kitchen. No heavy drinkers. My house is professionally cleaned weekly, so your room would be too with change of bedding and towels. All bills and council tax included and fast wifi included. The house is gas centrally heated and cosy. The house is walking distance of shops, take aways and pubs in the town, close to lovely walks through the park and along the river. There is on street parking nearby. The room has a king size bed with luxury bedding and towels, two bedside tables with lamps, a large antique chest of drawers and artwork and blackout blind.
