Looking for a third person to share a house in Haverhill, ideal for both students and professionals. Non-smokers only please. The current occupants are female (26) and male (26); both are professionals.

Single occupancy, £345pcm (inc. bills) or £275 if exempt from council tax. The room comes furnished, with a built in wardrobe and a bed with storage drawers.

There is a shared bathroom and a separate shower room. There is also a separate office with professional sized desks and access to a laser printer.

Full central heating, Wi-Fi (Fibre Optic), small garden, shared kitchen/dining room, large lounge and utility room (containing a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher). While there are no reserved spaces, on-street parking is available on the dead end road, to the rear of the house.

We are a friendly household who enjoy the occasional meal/film night together which you are welcome to join. Please be aware that one of the current housemates owns a young friendly female cat that has access to shared areas (though not to individual/private bedrooms).
