We have a nice double room to rent in our friendly home in Haverhill
(Hales Barn Road CB9 9SE )

The house is 12 years old and its at a dead end so nice and quiet .

The double room has a black metal double bed with a firm mattress ,mattress protector and topper , two oak cabinets , large pine antique cabinet with flat screen tv with sky Q and a small white wardrobe , blind and curtains ,large wall clock and alarm-clock , lamps , extension leads and mini drinks fridge too .

Bathroom with new pumped shower over bath, toilet , shaving point , sink and i have just freshened it up with white paint and led lights .

Kitchen with all new appliances , washing machine ,tall fridge / freezer , tumble dryer (water drained away so no need to empty water), microwave ,four slice toaster , kettle , electric AEG double cooker with induction hob , under cabinet lights , plates ,cutlery etc ,induction pans here and available to use .

Downstairs toilet.

Shared living room if needed with large dining table and large long settee , arm chair , flat screen tv , Sky Q and BT fast fibre broadband 150 - 300 Mb

South facing warm garden , small patio area to relax and sit out at and we love a good BBQ (or even a bad one ,lol) , locked gate and cctv ,secure garden ,and bike storage , electric awning , garden lighting , large table and chairs ,parking availabe .(and soon garden heating as we love the outdoors)

We are looking for a friendly professional and sociable person to share our home with seven days a week. Would accept a couple at £600 per month

My girlfriend and myself both work in Cambridge .
Good bus route into Cambridge and just a short walk towards Sainsburys if needed ,

Any information that you require please ask and we will be happy to chat and all bills will be included per month .

We have two cats that come and go as they please as have a microchip cat flap. ( so sorry no pets )

Precautions of fire safety such as boiler serviced with certificate every year ,kitchen heat detector , fire blanket and carbon monoxide detectors , gas boiler serviced and with certification , fire extinguishers and mains smoke alarms are within the premises as we have both rented in the past and want a safe home .

We are both non smokers so sorry NO smokers and NO pets

We will vet applicants and all have a chat to see if we are all happy together in our friendly home .

This is available , Single occupancy/or a couple seven days a week for a clean tidy quiet person/people ,(please help to keep the home clean and tidy)

No deposit and the rent is paid the day you move in and month on the same date their after for a single professional person , will put this in place on the contract for youself and us.

We will supply Washing machine capsules , liquid conditioner , tumble dryer sheets , toilet rolls , BT super fast broadband 150-300Mb , Sky Q , flat screen television and all bills included , gas , water , electric , (hot water on 24 hours a day)

Four supermarkets , restaurants, bus station, leisure centre with swimming pool ,new gym , Cineworld cinema , local walks

Access to Addenbrooke's and Bury St Edmunds Hospitals ,
Cambridge Biomedical Campus (excellent bus service) along with Babraham, Granta Park, Hinxton and Chesterford Research Park: Cambridge Science Park and Bury St Edmunds are a 30 minute journey cross country. Whittlesford Station 20 minutes drive (direct access into London).
