Option 2:
Another lovely clean cosy room same facilities as above. This could also suit a person looking for a MON-FRI accommodation or short term let if working for a local company in the area or on an internship placement @ £150 p/w or 7days p/w @ same rate as option 1 if only required for a short duration.

Whittlesford Train Station just 11 miles away Cambridge train station 17miles away both direct routes to London.
Easy access to to Babraham Research Park and the Biochemical Research Park at Chesterford. Addenbrookes Hospital is just 13 miles away easily accessible by bus (VERY EASY COMMUTE TO CAMBRIDGE WITH A REGULAR BUS SERVICE) bus stop is just a short walk away from the house. Buses run daily to Bury St Edmunds too.
