Renting my lovely double room for single occupancy. Well kept house, beautifully furnished with a lovely warm, double bedroom. 150 per week or airbnb per night £35. Can be booked on a nightly basis or for blocks at a time.

Quiet house. Shared bathroom. Wifi. Good supply of hot water, heating up to date, and brand new boiler. Kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher.

Spare fridge for your use also.

Wardrobe and bed supplied.

Currently renting on an ad hoc basis similar to air bnb. £150 per week. Monday to fridays only if no other bookings. Individual one off nights £35

Price negotiable for the right person and depends on how many nights they are planning to stay.

10 minute walk to town, local to all amenities. Supermarkets/restaurants/bus station/leisure centre/gym and cinema close.

Good access to Addenbrooke's and Cambridge Biomedical Campus (excellent bus service within two minutes walk) along with Babraham, Granta Park, Hinxton and Chesterford Research Park: Cambridge Science Park and Bury St Edmunds are a 30 minute journey. Whittlesford train station is a 20 minute drive giving you direct access to London.

No pets. I have one indoor cat that you must be okay with as she is friendly.
