The property is located in the centre of Ipswich, close to local amenities, a 12 min walk to the train station and a 5 minute walk to Christchurch park. Additionally, the room comes with an off road parking space in a private car park.

Living with a personable, friendly and tidy 30 year old professional male who works as a primary school teacher, the flat consists of a large shared living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. It’s a non-smoking property and no pets allowed unfortunately.

As a co-tenant, I am particularly looking for someone professional, kind and considerate, who enjoys coming home to a peaceful and relaxed place after a day at work. I am an Italian national who has now lived in the UK for nearly 9 years - I enjoy making friends with people from all walks of life and different nationalities (British included! :) My interests include watching films, travelling, yoga and going to the gym.
