This spacious house is clean, tidy, in excellent condition and is brightly furnished. It’s a homely place to live and as well.

The medium double room is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

It’s a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, and a 2 minute walk from local co-op and other shops and takeaways and is five minutes from the new university. The communal areas are cleaned weekly by a cleaner (a complimentary service at no extra charge) and they consist of a kitchen/dinner complete with all appliances, utility room, bathroom and a good size lounge. There is a private and secure garden maintained by a gardener and with access to the road so ideal for storing bikes etc. you can park on the street which runs down the side of the house (Devonshire Road) where there are no parking restrictions.

ALL bills are included in the monthly rental.
