I am a live in landlord however, I spend time living and working elsewhere and don't spend much time in the house. My parents live close by however and will be round regularly and will be on hand for maintenance or other issues.

I have started renovating the property and will continue to do so over the next few years. I am open to requests/suggestions for changes to decoration and furnishing.

Couples accepted however monthly rent for the room will be increased to £600.
