Since I'm planning on moving out of Ipswich by the end of the year, or sooner, thought I'd rent out my second bedroom for someone who's looking for a shorter term, great priced place to stay. This wouldn't be for someone who's looking for super long term.

The only references I'd require from you is to see the past 3 months worth of your bank statements, and also a valid passport showing that you have the right to live in the UK.

The double bedroom is semi furnished with a single bed that has plenty of storage underneath.

The double bedroom also includes a TV stand, and a large shelf to also use for storage.

Washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack, cutlery, and dishes are available for use.
