On the same floor is a private kitchenette for your use with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle etc - everything you would need for a quick breakfast or supper in your own space (folding table and chair in the bedroom
If wanted). You would also have use of the main kitchen and dining room on the ground floor whenever needed.
Outside there is a private parking space for your vehicle.
In the garden there is a covered gazebo with seating for 6 people.
The property is a 10 minute walk into the town Centre, around a 20 minute walk to Heath Road Hospital and a short drive, or bus ride, to BT at Martlesham Heath.
Note: for couples sharing the room, the monthly rate, Mon to Fri, would be £695.00.
