Double en suite room off Christchurch Park

Light and airy double room with en-suite in a friendly house by Christchurch Park. We are on a very quiet cul-de-sac a stone’s throw from the park gates and a beautiful walk leading to the centre of Ipswich. The room is on the ground floor which means you don’t have to worry about tiptoeing around at night.

The house is surrounded by trees and gives the feel of being in the countryside as we are not overlooked.
It is warm and insulated with underfloor heating .

We have cats who lounge around the place and are very friendly- this may not suit everyone but would please a cat lover!. The garden is also full of wild life.

Looking for a professional person possibly for a short period - perhaps someone moving to Ipswich for work who needs a room while looking to buy or on a short working contract. However for the right person it could be much longer.

If required we are happy to supply clean bed linen regularly. There is of course access to a washing machine and a garden to dry clothes in or in the utility room in winter.
There is plenty of off road parking in front of the house.
