1 bed room new build apartment in ravenswood

(Bills included) This apartment has just been built & I am the first person living here. I have only been in the property 2 months & I have just furnished the place with everything in the property being brand new. I was planning on living here but I have a job opportunity so I am looking to pass over the tenancy. It’s a 1 bedroom apartment so the ideal person would be a single person, not loud or noisy and keeps to themselves as everyone else in the apartment block does. You will have your own parking spot & everything in the house is included in the monthly bill. The main thing is someone that pays rent on time and keeps the place clean and tidy. If you’re happy with the property & want to continue the tenancy once it’s due to end I’d be happy to pass over the tenancy to yourself and you can continue on with the agency that I am renting through as I will likely not be returning once the lease expires.
