Room to let female only Ravenswood Ipswich

Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my flat in Ravenswood, Ipswich.

The room is bright and comfortable and the flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living space. It currently has 2 single beds but I can change it to a double. It’s in a great location with local shops, supermarkets and transport links nearby. Parking is available.

A bit about me: I’m friendly, easy-going and keep the flat clean and relaxed. I’m really into cars and the car scene, and I have an MX-5, so if you’re into cars that’s definitely a bonus but not essential! I also have a boyfriend who usually stays over at weekends, so it would be great to live with someone who is comfortable with that.

I don’t currently have any pets, but I’d potentially be open to small pets if they’re well behaved and I meet them first.

I’m ideally looking for a female 19+ who is tidy, respectful and easy to live with. Someone who enjoys a friendly home environment but also values their own space.

Rent is £165 per week (£660pcm) including bills. The room is available now.
