Newly added double room to rent.

Hello and welcome to my listing for a double room. The room is on the second floor (two flights of stairs) next to the kitchen/lounge. It is fully furnished as shown in the pictures. The rent includes bills, council tax and broadband. You will have access to Netflix and Amazon Prime on your personal TV in your room. There is adequate storage space and a view of the communal garden area at the back.

I prefer a working professional person, who is clean and tidy and will look after my house and property (kitchen appliances etc). You should not need anything in terms of pots, pans, cutlery etc. as I have most things. I will provide bed linen, but you are welcome to bring your own of course.

You will need to sign a formal Lodgers Agreement and provide reference, proof of residency and pay one month deposit and one month rent in advance (£1200).
