Room is furnished with a double bed, bedlinen, clothes rail and chest of drawers. There is room for a desk if needed.

Off street parking available for a small car.

Live in landlady with cat and lurcher.

Proof of ID, permanent address and work references will be required.

I'm a mature student and perennially behind with work so am happy to join for meals but tend to disappear and get on with research rather than party in the evenings. Big fan of stopping work and watching BBC dramas at 9pm and lighting the fire.
