I have nicely furnished and comfortable double room to let to a quiet professional person from MONDAY to FRIDAY although an occasional weekend could be catered for. Whilst there is no en suite there is a bath/shower room that is for the exclusive use of my lodgers. The house is situated in a quiet enclave on the east side of Ipswich. It overlooks a 'village green' so has no passing traffic. It is on the main 66 bus route, close to local shops and a short walk into town. There is safe off road parking. All the modern conveniences you would expect in high quality lodgings are included. Whilst there is no TV in the room there is a TV Ariel should you choose to have your own TV. There is a large lounge in the house equipt with a TV also for exclusive use by my lodgers. The garden is very pretty and lovely to sit out in on a nice evening. I do have a well behaved sociable French Bulldog so you'd need to like dogs.
