Kedington is a very desirable village only 3 miles out of Haverhill . My 3 bedroom home is on the popular Westward Deals area on a no-through road with parking. My single room is in a 3 Bedroom house with Live in Landlord.

This room has a single bed with a NEW 6'3 x 3' Mattress. The room has a Mirrored wardrobe and bedside table with 3 draws (If needed). Included in the room is a wall mounted 40" Smart TV.

My home is double glazed with gas central heating, washing machine, dishwasher and high-speed fibre Broadband.

Locally in Kedington, we have a pub, village store, family butchers, barbers & a Chinese restaurant.

Good access to Addenbrooke's & Cambridge Biomedical Campus (excellent bus service within two minutes walk) along with Babraham, Granta Park, Hinxton and Chesterford Research Park: Cambridge Science Park and Bury St Edmunds are only a 30 minute journey. Whittlesford Station 20 minutes drive (direct access into London).

Professional person preferred please. Very suitable for a Monday to Friday let.
