Small Double Furnished Room

Small double furnished room in a compact, clean and tidy 2 bed end terraced family house. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, cupboard for storage/clothes, wardrobe, a free-standing fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster (you are very welcome to use the kitchen of course), TV, basic Sky package, WiFi, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Large enclosed back garden with shed for bike storage and plenty of parking in front of house. I work from home as a Proofreader and Dog Boarder, so you will need to have a love of dogs and be confident and comfortable around all breeds as there will usually be 3 or 4 dogs here at any one time. Therefore, if you are scared of dogs, or you don't know how to interact with them, this is NOT the home for you! I'm an early riser and like to be in bed by 9pm, so would prefer someone who is respectful of that. Despite boarding dogs, this is a very peaceful home (unless somebody rings the doorbell!!). Suffolk Constabulary, BT Headquarters and Ipswich Hospital are a 5 minute drive away and a Route 66 bus stop is also a short walk. I'm not bothered if you smoke, but request that you do so in the back garden. Sorry, but I can't accept a person who expects their partner/children to be able to visit/stay occasionally.
