PLEASE BE AWARE that this is a MON to FRI let only for single occupancy.

I am looking for a professional who is clean, tidy and will be respectful of my home and tidy up after them.

The available bedroom has a Queen size double bed, bedside table, large 4 drawer chest and a large double built in wardrobe. Bed linen and Towels can be provided if required. I regret that there is no TV point in the room so you will need a TV and a Firestick or similar.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large range cooker, microwave, toaster etc. You will have your own space in the fridge/freezer and also some cupboard space for dry or canned foods.

The bathroom has been recently refurbished and has a shower pump so you don't have to run around in the shower to get wet. :-)

The living/dining room is very comfortable and welcoming. WiFi access is available.

The house is located next to the Lakenheath USAF Air Base, and is conveniently placed for Newmarket or Bury St Edmunds which are both approx 20 mins drive away. Mildenhall and Brandon are about 10 mins drive away where as Cambridge is approximately 30 to 40 mins drive away. The A11 is very close at a 5 minute car journey which will take you to Norwich if travelling east.

You will be sharing the house with me (Andy) as I am the owner of the property.

All service charges are included in the rental price.
