The room is a ground floor double (can be furnished or unfurnished which has underfloor heating, blackout curtains and has its own shower room the other side of the hallway. Currently comes with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers.
It’s in a quiet road with off street parking.
I’m a live in landlady and ideally want to rent my spare room for weekdays only as I have my daughter at weekends. However, I don’t intend on using the room at weekends so belongings can stay.
