Cosy En-Suite Garden Room – a cosy weekday retreat

Tucked away at the end of the garden, our cosy en-suite garden room offers a calm and comfortable place to unwind during the working week. With its own private entrance via the side gate, it private and separate from the main house.

The room is set up for easy weekday living, with a small fridge, microwave and kettle for light meals, plus TV and broadband for relaxing evenings or work. The private en-suite shower room is small but comfortable, with its own water heater and power shower.

Martlesham Heath is quiet yet well connected. Local pubs, supermarkets and takeaway restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The Park & Ride, including the Sizewell C pick-up point, is around a 15–20 minute walk, with hourly buses running into Ipswich. BT Adastral Park is also approximately 20 minutes on foot.

Fresh bedding and towels are provided, with a weekend changeover included, and you’re welcome to enjoy the garden during your stay.

We share our garden with a small, older Westie who has access at all times, so the side gate does need to be kept securely closed. There is no access to the main house.

This is a quiet, smoke-free home, best suited to professionals looking for a peaceful Monday to Friday base.
