Stunning Double room in newly refurbished home

I am renting out a double room in a newly refurbished home. I am looking for a young professional.
The bedroom is fully furnished and everything is new, it comes with a wardrobe, chest of draws and double bed. The house itself has very recently been completely redecorated with a new kitchen. There is a south facing garden.

The House is detached and is located in a cul de sac, so it is a quiet area with no through traffic. The house is in walking distance to Adastral park, bus stop, bakery, butcher and a pub. The lovely market town of Woodbridge is just a 5 minute car ride away as well.
I myself am friendly and outgoing. I enjoy running a lot as there are plenty of great running routes from my door step.
To keep things simple, I am doing an all inclusive rate, which includes electricity, gas, water, internet, council tax and tv license.
