Recently renovated three bed detached house in the village of Mendlesham with access to a shop, pub, health centre etc.
The house has been renovated internally and externally to a high standard and as such the house mate would need to in turn respect the house, furniture and fittings.
The house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen / living area and a separate snug / tv room. The occupant will also benefit from their own fridge, drawers and cupboards in the kitchen to keep food and other products separate.
The room offered has a kind size bed and built in wardrobes.
There is off road parking, a double garage and an outside office. All of which can be used upon agreement.
Ideally I am looking for a male, though I would consider females depending on the situation.
The weekly rent would include all utility bills, council tax and the like. Food and sundries are not included.
I have a cleaner and could look to increase following renting a room upon agreement.
Never having rented a room I have some standard house rules that will apply but should not be any issue to a tenant who is not lazy, respects the house and keeps themselves and the house clean and tidy.
