one clean good sized bedroom with double bed. wardrobe, chest of draws and long table and chair. white painted floor boards with rug. Share kitchen ,sitting room and a down stairs bathroom .Long back garden with parking to rear of property. 2 friendly people and 2 friendly dogs also live here. 15 -20 min walk to town centre 2-3min walk to local co-op and shops also on the bus route. Both occupants work as well as attending college. Shift workers so time for yourself in the house.
Looking for an independent person who prefers a calm environment cleans up after themselves especially the bathroom and is willing to be friendly with a " how's it going" attitude (last sentence added due to negative experience with last lodger) otherwise we are pretty easy going, however we are not a party household and don't expect best buddie status within a week!
