Hi there! I'm looking for another tenant to make use of the second bedroom in a 2 bed apartment on Newmarket high street.
- The room is massive, measuring at 21 x 13ft, very comfortable for working from home considering the space. There's also a LAN cable setup to go directly to modem that leads into the room.
- Room can come with or without a double bed as it has one already.
- The room has a walk-in wardrobe space.
- All white goods are present.
- Bathroom has both shower & tub.
- Living room is very spacious and can accommodate a lot of guests. Comes with 110" projected screen and 5.1 sound for movies/games.
- Bills & council tax are around £100 in addition to rent.
- I'm looking for a clean and respectful tenant who I can share this apartment with.
- You will need to supply references and a 1 month deposit.

As for me, Hi! I'm Owen I'm a game artist working from home. I'm a huge fan of movies and of course games. I'm an avid motorcycle nut and I tend to generally spend a lot of time out of the house, especially during summer :).
