A spacious double room is available to rent in Newmarket. The room is ideal for short-term renters and/or those looking for a (short term) place Monday-Friday (price to be reduced for week days only). The room is available now until the end of April/May.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, large set of draws and a double wardrobe. Towels, bed linen and blankets are also available. The room is offered as a single occupancy, in a two bedroom house.

Rent includes the use of a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine), bathroom, lounge/dining room, garden and a double driveway (off street parking). The rent also covers utility bills, council tax and unlimited wireless broadband. The house has central heating and is double glazed throughout.

I am a 33 year old, single, female medical researcher. I am looking for a professional to share my house with. Ideally you should be tidy, a non-smoker, who wishes to share in my Netflix addiction!

The house is a 10 min walk from Newmarket high street and train station. It is a 20 minute drive to central Cambridge, with an easy commute to the local science parks and hospitals. The room is available now and the rent is £400 p. c. m with a £200 deposit.
