Rural location 10 minutes from Saxmundham national railway station (20 minutes to Sizewell) with free parking and wifi access. Booking for single occupancy contractor/working guests. Prices listed are per month but we can also offer weekly rates if you need to stay shorter term.

Our 19th century farmhouse provides large private bedrooms. The rooms are south facing with views of the beautiful Suffolk countryside. The rooms are centrally heated. Also included is seating, a large wardrobe, free wifi, TV and off road car parking close to your room for guest use.

Your room is completely private and you will not have to share any inside space with us although we may see you in the car park occasionally. This is a very peaceful location, perfect for relaxing after work.
