Rooms in part of my house. It’s four upstairs rooms.. a mini home in my house. A separate landing to the rest of house with a double bedroom, sitting room, bathroom with shower in bath and another room with a toaster, microwave, fridge and kettle. The rooms are accessible through my sitting room to the stairs to your upstairs space. Own parking. Access to garden.

You can of course share the rest of the house or be independent… I’m happy either way. I have a bouncy big dog so that might be a factor.

I live in the rest of the house, I have my own space, stairs and front door. There is off road parking, a large garden, it is very tranquil. I am a very relaxed but very busy person. I work from home, look after my mum in another village, manage an Airbnb in the garden and am out and about and have a huge family who live locally.

There is wifi and access to washing and drying facilities.

I am looking for people who are working and independent. I have always shared my house with my family, flatmates and friends. It’s a pretty village, a mile from Saxmundham and 1/3 mile from A12 and of course I’m 5 miles from the sea.
