Located in Snape, Suffolk, close to the Snape Maltings,
and four miles drive to Aldeburgh and, close to Leiston.

We are a friendly and social couple with a double room with en suite shower. And also one room with shared bathroom facilities.
Access to patio and garden available.

The room is available from date advertised and can be rented for short, medium to long term periods.
Bills and broadband are included in the rent.

Shared kitchen available. Though meals can be provided for an additional cost.
