I am advertising my spare room, it has a double bed, double wardrobe and drawers.
I have a 3 bedroomed house in Sproughton, which is close to Ipswich with a bus service, Sproughton is a small quiet village, close to A14.
There is off road parking, a large back garden, x2 Reception rooms with TV's in each and a log burner.
Bathroom is shared. There is fast broadband and I have a decent TV package. I also have a cleaner for downstairs and bathroom.
I am a nurse and work shift. I love to powerlift, keep active and travel.
My place would suit someone quiet, tidy and respectful, female preferred please. Happy with short term lets or mon-fri lets or let's up to a year.
