Fully furnished double bedroom available with private bathroom. The room has a double bed, large chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe, and there is a further wardrobe available for use in the spare bedroom.

The house is a bungalow in a quiet village (Stetchworth), 5 mins drive from Newmarket and 20-25 min drive from Cambridge. Newmarket (3 miles) and Dullingham (2 miles) train stations are close by. Large driveway for parking. Lovely garden that backs on to fields and footpaths, perfect for running/walking. Also close by to some lovely pubs/restaurants. There is a large garage that can be used for storage.

The shared space includes a large living room with wood burner, dining room, and kitchen. There is a spare bedroom with a sofa bed for the occasional guest.

Broadband, Sky tv, tv license and council tax included in rent. If preferred I am happy to adjust rent to include all bills (electric, water, heating oil).

I have 2 whippets and 2 cats so I am looking for someone who is happy sharing their space with animals. They are kept out of the bedroom but otherwise have free access to the house. I would be happy to consider someone with a small dog as long as it is good with cats/other dogs and not destructive in the house.
