Bills are included. It is only a few mins walk into central Stowmarket and transport links are excellent. £400 deposit required prior to moving in and first 4 weeks rent up front. After the first 4 week period, payments will be weekly. I like to keep a clean and tidy home and am respectful to my neighbours, so looking for someone who shares this approach!
