Well presented private large ground floor double room, all bills included, use of dining room if required, use of small kitchenette with counter top fridge, air fryer, microwave and small grill to prepare a simple meal or snack, Sorry No Use of washing machine but laundrette in town, desk and chair, wardrobe and bedside cabinet, all bills plus Wi-Fi included, good sized shower in room and private toilet across the hall, other overnight/ holiday guests (adults only) in upstairs quarters, no pets allowed please as situation would not suit.
