Hi, I’m looking to find a lodger to live with us in our lovely family home near stowmarket, Suffolk. I’m Esther (28) and I live alone with my daughter (8) and our gorgeous 2 year old golden retriever Tess. Tess is a gentle and loving dog and adores new friends.
I work 3 days a week and my daughter goes to her Dad’s Friday to Sunday.
The accommodation is light and spacious and comprises a private sitting room (partially furnished with a lovely comfy sofa and potentially some other items if wanted), a bedroom complete with double bed and brand new mattress and large shelf, and also a private bathroom just next door. The three rooms are accessed from their own hallway.
There is a shared kitchen and dining area and you’re welcome to use too.
The village is 1 mile from the centre of stowmarket (Asda) and has many stunning walks and the house has views over open fields. The community centre and social club is next door but one and the village park is next to that. We have a beautiful big woodland 2 minutes walk away and you can walk to the middle of stowmarket in half an hour!
