FULL TIME or SHORT STAY? Available for 7 day occupancy OR short term midweek Homestay as an alternative to a hotel room/AirBnB (when making contact pls state which duration).

Bright & airy room with rural outlook situated in a tidy, clean, peaceful & quiet living space. Located on 1st floor of townhouse in a secure & safe home, there will always be high hygiene standards in this property, and the room has a double-sized comfortable bed & (provided) crisp bed linen. Small amount of wardrobe & drawer space - restricted storage space (unsuitable for large suitcases). Quiet local neighbourhood, with railway station, Tesco Extra & cinema. Usually off-street parking locally.

This is a spare room where you can retreat into your private space whilst enjoying the peaceful rhythm of the house. We are looking for a like-minded, mature person who, having read this advert, can relate to the calm we aim to maintain. Share home with 2 friendly & mature female occupants i. e. live-in landlord & 1 f/t lodger, who will respect your space but are happy to have occasional chat.

Sorry, unable to use this address as your own (due to fraudulent misuse by previous resident). Unsuitable for couples &/or visitors. No smoking or vaping. Sadly no pets to share (due to asthma & allergies) though there is a garden to enjoy.

When the room has been chosen/new lodger agreement reached, 1 month, non-refundable, advance rent payment is due. This then secures your residency for one month. If you leave within that month, or are not present/not staying, there would not be any refund - you pay for the month, hence why we are seeking serious enquiries only. Deposit £350 required as security in addition.

All inclusive rate: Superfast fibre wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave/oven. Some fridge/no freezer space. Rate includes weekly cleaner, bedding, most consumables and bills inc. Council Tax band E. No hidden costs.

CAR Very close to M25/J11 - 5 mins/2 miles drive. A3/J12 is 12 mins drive. Heathrow T5 is 20 minutes. Timings vary at peak times - these are based on non-heavy traffic.

TRAIN 5 minutes walk to local Addlestone station with fast link to Waterloo via Weybridge.

LOCAL Quick access car journeys to St Peter's Hospital, McLaren Woking sites, Chertsey Homewood & Weybridge/Brooklands business parks. Shepperton & Longcross film studios 6 miles/15 mins. Walk to St George's College private school in 3 mins.

NB: Must have ID, proof of income, own belongings insurance. One month's notice of intended departure is requested i. e. from the start date.
