SHORT STAY - Relocating? or awaiting property purchase completion? Having family to stay and need a spare room for them? Min 2 months - Max 3 months. £800/month.

OR - MIDWEEK/WEEKDAY home away from home base i.. e. whilst working away from your own usual location & residence. This friendly, quiet household is offering a tidy & respectful person space to integrate with its owner and one female occupant in our stylish townhouse. You are welcome to arrive either Sunday or Monday & leave Friday morning and enjoy the accommodation's high standards on site.

LOCATION: Weybridge/Chertsey/Addlestone border - KT15, VERY CLOSE TO J11 / M25 .

WEEKDAY - Situated in a safe & secure location, the room is fully furnished and directly opposite bathroom. Use of Microwave & fridge space available. Minimal storage - not enough space for large suitcase - just bring the basics. Local street parking. Train station is 5 mins walk.

SORRY BUT - not permitted to use our address as yours.

UNSUITABLE FOR: Couples/anyone needing an address for their own legal purposes or to make a visa application, including students. No smokers/no animals due to asthmatic resident.

Weekday stay means just that - unable to leave belongings over the weekend as the room may then be used by ourselves - welcome to leave a few essentials i. e. toiletries.

PAYABLE MONTHLY IN ADVANCE £800 Fixed cost. Non-refundable. Paying 1 month in advance gives you flexibility and secures the same room for your visit. If you leave within that month, or are not present/not staying, there would not be any refund.

Safe neighbourhood, free street parking, superfast fibre BB. All inclusive rate includes hotel standard stay including clean towel & bedding, consumables inc soap, toilet rolls, and cost of cleaner. Council tax band E.

ACCESS short journeys - ROAD - M25 (2 miles via A317), St George's College school, Woking & McLaren site, Chertsey, Homewood Park/St Peter's Hospital, Weybridge & The Heights/Brooklands business parks, Heathrow (20 minutes via M25 J11), film studios at Shepperton & Longcross.

To keep us safe & secure, must provide proof of ID prior to/ahead of any visit (in person or virtual) - of who you say your are/where you live/proof of employment, alongside a personal reference please - just keeps us safe 🧷.
