Furnished double room available now..

I am looking for a new housemate in my two bed flat in Addlestone. The room is a furnished big double with built-in wardrobes and a small en-suite (toilet, sink and shower).
The flat is light and bright and has underfloor heating throughout.

The flat is in a gated residence with a car parking space if applicable (may have to park in side road). It is amongst nine other flats and we all get on, which is nice for some social occasions.

In a great location, close to the M25, the town centre (Light cinema), a stones throw from the local farm shop and train stations with great links into London and other areas, the flat has a nice open living space and kitchen, and I have a double room and use the main bathroom.

A little about me – I work Monday to Friday as a painter & decorator. I enjoy cooking (happy to share cooking or keep it separate). I like to chill out and watch films and the football, if it’s on. Top Golf down the road from the flat is a good local attraction and always a good laugh.

Looking for an easy going flat mate who is similarly independent.

Bills are included (council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet and Sky TV).

Flat is available from March 1st.
