A large double room available in an airy, beautiful and spacious home in central Albury Village. The house is opposite the village shop, bus stops and local pub in a friendly and welcoming village. Easy parking right outside the house and a large beautiful garden with chickens, a fire pit and very friendly, well trained cocker spaniels.
We are the full time residents and the large double spare room is available to a lodger, who will have shared use of the whole house, no children, a friendly, clean and sociable household with comfortable furnishings, open fires and light and airy rooms. Sky TV and fast broadband included.

Amazing scenic walks from the doorstep, outdoorsy, tidy, sociable, friendly person preferred.

Chilworth train station is a 4 min drive, Guildford 10 min drive and there’s a bus stop 2 min walk away. Monday to Friday only.
