Other housemates are in the main house, but you are totally self contained, with your own entrance from the street. Yes I am a resident landlady, but don't worry, I live in totally separate quarters of the house, you'll hardly see me, but here if you need me. We get together for gatherings throughout the year, and all my lodgers have been with me for years, they love living here. The girl that was in this room only left as she was returning home to family in Manchester. All my lodgers can testify to how happy they are here.
Furnished with triple mirrored wardrobes, double bed, double length chest of drawers and desk/dressing table. Kitchenette in room and en-suite shower room. The Rent is payable monthly and is £890.00 fully inclusive of all bills.
I am looking for single person, who is ideally out to work everyday, except for their day off. If you work from home, it can only be one or two days ideally. You must be non-smoker or vaper. No animals allowed. Not noisy, just normal, clean and tidy. Parking will be on the road, but occasional parking on my drive is allowed if necessary.
