Welcome! I currently have a large double room available to rent in a spacious 4 bed detached house located in a great area in Ashford, just off the A308.

I am a now a live out land lord and for the last few years it has been a shared accommodation with myself, work colleagues, friends and new friends i've met through this website. The house has a really friendly atmosphere, and there are currently 3 occupants, Radhika, who is a make up artist/barista (her coffees are amazing!) studying Nutrition at St Marys, and Sean, who is a full time plasterer working in the film industry and finally Darius, who is an engineer based at Heathrow Airport.

I'm a pretty relaxed landlord and am good friends with everyone living there (as i use to live with some of them myself!). I think it's important to have a happy house, so i've asked everyone in the house to have an input in this ad. We are looking for a young professional, who's social, tidy, easy going and happy to sit downstairs, have a few drinks and watch the occasional Netflix series and movie.

* Off-road parking for up to 4 cars, and unrestricted street parking due to no yellow line

* Close to Ashford, Sunbury and Staines train stations

* Under 10 minute drive to Terminal 5 and approximately 15 minutes to reach central Terminals 1, 2 and 3

* Excellent transport links, with easy access to the M25, M4 and M3 motorways

* And if you like shopping, we're close proximity to Kingston and Staines high street

All bedrooms are part furnished - and the house has just had brand new renovations to the main bathroom and both en suites. With 2 of the bedrooms having their own en suites, which means the main bathroom is shared between 2 people.

The back garden is a nice size for BBQ's, and has wooden decking with outdoor beanbags and hammocks to relax in when the weather is actually nice.
