The house is well maintained with a trusted handyman and cleaning service. The weekly cleaners are a huge advantage and they clean communal areas and my en-suite bathroom to high standards. David takes pride in his house and the house is modern and spacious. David answers phonecalls in a timely manner and addresses maintenance and fixtures within the household almost immediately. If I were to ever return to the Surrey area for work, David would definitely be a landlord I would be willing to rent a room from.

It's a great house with good facilities. The tumble dryer is great and the washing machine. David is a supportive landlord and provides his tenants with the best he can. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and a dishwasher. The bathrooms are very modern and great. A great accommodation for a young professional.

"This house has been unbelievably convenient for me whilst I've been on my internship with BP for the year. It's only 10 minute walk from the office and the free shuttle bus service that runs from BP to Feltham station has meant that London Waterloo is only 30 mins away at most and so I've had the best of both worlds being close to work and the city! The house in general is the best condition i've lived in for a house share. Th garden is beautiful in the summer and the house is always spotless due to the weekly cleaning service.
