Lovely Double Ensuite room - Off A30 Nr M3/M4/M25

I am looking for a quiet, tidy, professional person, to rent a double bedroom, Monday to Friday, a professional who works in the week locally, but goes home for weekends.

They should be clean, tidy and respectful. I am a teacher, and so go to bed fairly early during the week, so somebody quiet is important, especially between 10pm and 7am.

The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with a memory foam mattress, and a range of Oakland furniture, including a wardrobe, bedside table and a desk. The room overlooks the garden and has blackout curtains.

The room has been newly decorated and new flooring put down.

It is a 2 bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen, (Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer/Microwave, kettle etc) it has a small living room with a downstairs toilet, a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and sink (which is just for you to use) as I have an ensuite. There is a back garden. There is an excellent wifi connection (Fibre Broadband).

The house is in a quiet location. on a new housing estate (8 years old), close to Waitrose and a lovely local pub and Costa, it is just off the London Road, Bagshot, Surrey, A30. The house is very close to the border of Hampshire and Berkshire, and is 20 minutes from Heathrow Airport (subject to traffic conditions). There is plenty of off street parking available. There are great links to M3, M25 and M4. It is near to several business parks, including Frimley and Farnborough, and only 10 minutes from Frimley Park Hospital.

Bagshot is a lovely town, with a few restaurants and pubs nearby. It is a 5-minute walk from a bus stop that will take you into Camberley Town centre, Woking or Guildford. It is also a 19 minute walk to Bagshot Station.
