Small double bedroom to rent

Hello! A nice small upstairs double room is available from 1st Nov - rent is £510 & £50 for bills. The house is comfortable & cosy. There is a large bathroom with a shower & bath which only used by the two people who live upstairs. Though it’d be mostly only used by the person who takes the room as the other person isn’t home much. The living room & kitchen are shared. There is a garden, but it is a work in process so mostly used to hang clothes to dry.

The room is it open to anyone who is friendly, polite, cleans up after themselves and who pays the rent on time. You’ll be sharing the house with me and Australian lodger. I’d be happy to sit, chat & maybe have glass of wine with you sometimes. But also it’s fine if whomever takes the room, just wants a peaceful place to live and we keep to ourselves.

There is on street parking either on this road or on nearby roads- there’s even a service road v nearby for free parking. Banstead Train Station is 5 mins away by car & 20 min walk. Banstead High Street is a 7 min walk away and has all you need in terms of shops- Waitrose, Tesco Express with Post Office, Boots and the normal high street banks etc. There also a BP/M&S petrol station which is 2 mins away from the house. A bus stop is one street away & has buses to Sutton, Croydon and Reigate, more options available from Banstead High Street. Sutton Train Station is a 10 min drive away & will whisk you into London Victoria. Epsom Race course is 7 min drive away. Gatwick is 45 min drive away.
