Double room with ensuite and private patio/ access

The room is spacious with a double bed, a wardrobe, a smart TV, a foldable table/ desk and a beautiful leather chair. The bedroom is accessible from the main entrance or from the garden gate through a separate entrance. There is a en-suite bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The garden is large and surrounds the house being end-of terrace house. We have access to the woods directly from the back garden.
We have 6G Wifi and subscription to TV (BBC iPlayer) and Netflix.
The kitchen/living room area is shared.
I am a single mother with a 15 yo daughter and a 12 yo boy. I am a professional and I work full time. We have a cat. and a dog I love spending time with my kids, my pets, cooking, jogging, tennis, reading and gardening.
